The layout looks like a crisped up version of the way Newgrounds used to be, and the NG BBS never emphasised on content of posts; it's really always been that way.
The site will still run the same way, and the BBS always goes through quality-recession. You'll get over it.

Actually, I kind of agree with you. I know they spent a lot of time on the site and it is amazing. But I really can't posts in the forums. It just looks and feels so bad. And I was pretty active in it before.
